What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the refrigerator for its sleek, modern design and spacious interior with innovative flexible storage. Most highlight the customizable middle drawer that switches between fridge and freezer modes as a game-changer for organizing frequently used items. The internal water dispenser, bright lighting, soft-closing doors, and minimalist aesthetic are widely celebrated. A few note the ice maker produces slowly and the snack trays run small, while some mention limited freezer space. Despite minor drawbacks, the vast majority consider it an excellent investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s beautiful! As a senior, I love that middle freezer drawer, no bending. When you open the doors you can see everything; no more finding something unused because it was hidden in the back. I love it.

Clean smooth look with optionality and flexibility inside
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The counter depth look is ideal for our setup but the flexibility and maneuverability inside the fridge gives us the optimal space utilization for varying needs. The water dispenser is conveniently located and the middle pull out draw provides good options for extra fridge or freezer space.

Fantastic Family Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first counter-depth fridge. I was concerned that it would seem a lot smaller inside, but it's just right! There is plenty of room for larger items such as party trays for events, and its fourth drawer is perfect for keeping our beverages cold and easily accessible. The soft-close doors are wonderful, and the no-fingerprint surface is fantastic! I would definitely recommend this fridge to busy families and empty-nesters alike.

Bright interior
The refrigerator is well lit and has good storage. The snack zone trays are too small to be of much use. Freezer has good space. Ice maker has an inconvenient manual on-off switch.

Great product. Poor install services
Would RecommendLove the refrigerator. It’s spacious and fits perfect in our kitchen. The water/ice compressor is a bit loud but not enough to bother us. The flex door is awesome to have; we have kids and have dedicated that space as their snack drawer, which they love. The installers, however, need far more training. One of them yanked the fridge we were replacing out and broke the water line causing us to have to shut off the water to the entire house because he ripped off the emergency shutoff with it. Cos...
Great Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are impressed with the fridge so far. Spacious, easy to install and hook up, easy to set all the temperature settings. I’m personally impressed by how fast the water comes out of the spout. I have no trouble filling the water compartment for my coffee pot!

So much space!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new refrigerator/freezer. Having the water on the side of the door is a game changer for space. Ice cubes are a great “medium” size. Don’t even get me started on the middle drawer!! So many previous fridges with the broken meat/cheese drawer from being used to much - not anymore!! Feels very well made and should last many years!

LOVE THIS FRIG!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has so much space! We were specifically wanting to not have the water and ice on the outside of the door and love the setup on this one. The flex drawer is great, currently using it as a freezer for grab n go breakfast items. Love everything about this frig!
