Great new addition to our kitchen

It had the water dispenser we both wanted and it he ice as well. We both like having the fridge on top and freezer on bottom is amazing. This is just what we wanted

Loving it!!

This refrigerator wasn't in the store but i had seen it online and read all about it. I found out everything i might need to know about it so when i went to Lowe's, I ordered it. I wanted to order it in the store so i could talk to the salesperson in person. Glad I did! I e only had it for 4 days but so far i am very satisfied with it. Plenty of room in this fridge for me!

Pros and cons

We really like the refrigerator on the top. It seems very roomy. The long bottom drawer is a little awkward. It doesn't slide and close easily, maybe because it is too long to do so. There is a lot of door storage, which is great. The freezer is awkward, but maybe we just need to get the hang of how to properly store things in it. There's too many moving parts for me. We aren't interested in the water or ice feature. The refrigerator came with filters to be installed, but no instructions about...

I love this refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to fix the issue with the door. It doesn't automatically close like it's supposed and it also has a groaning sound. I have not had it long so I cannot speak to it's durability, but this is a very nice refrigerator with more than plenty of room and I like how everything is designed.

New Refrigerator

Refrigerator had broken shelf bin...

I received this refrigerator in time, but one of the door shelf bins was cracked. Lowes informed me that they do not stock or deliver parts, that I could return it for a new one. I said that's ridiculous, it's only plastic bin that is cracked. To return it, would be a big hassle, I would need to take off work, remove refrigerator contents, keep them cold and retransfer to new fridge. Called Frigidaire, they said the bin is not under warranty, I would need to purchase a new one.

Could be better organized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Door bins not well thought out. Don't allow enough space for pitchers, wine bottles etc. Also can't adjust inside shelves for taller items. Can't space shelves/bins farther apart because then other shelves/bins are too close. Need more adjustment options. Pocket in front of freezer is a waste of space. Too small to put anything in. Ft. from our old unit, but we found the configuration of our new Frigidare 20Cu. Fr. is very suitable for our needs. The ice make is very sufficient.
