Lowes Delivers Junk

The microwave was delivered today in a box that had been opened. We waited several weeks for the item because we were told it was coming direct from the manufacturer. the microwave was damaged, again. I should mention this was the 3rd microwave delivered damaged by Lowes. It was factory direct because it had been opened and returned because it was damaged. Won’t even bake a pan of brownies

I don’t normally write reviews but I bought this for the convection oven features and it won’t even get hot enough to bake brownies! I have multiple contacts with Frigidaire and service out twice and now they are telling me not to expect the temperature to to meet what is indicated, not even 350 degrees! I have talk with Lowe’s and they are standing behind their 48 hours after purchase and it’s your problem to resolve! What a terrible experience overall!

Second one to fail in short time

We are having terrible luck with Frigidare Microwaves. The last two we have had issues with the wiring and control panel. Both were the professional models and both lasted less than two years. No help from the company and they both failed right after warranty expired. I highly suggest looking at a different brand.

Great, Especially if you are short

Love this microwave. I am 5'2, and other microwaves have controls so high up, that I have to put on my glasses to see the features. Early to clean and the display is well lit and easy to read. Door opens right to left for easy cleaning at the back. Good light to see a cooktop below.

Broken After 1 year and 2 months

I am so disappointed in this microwave. After a year and two months the microwave would not power on. We were already extremely disappointed. The air fryer takes twice as long as recipes indicate, the preheat cycle takes forever on it, and adding time is extremely difficult (it starts all the way over—it is timed there is no sensor inside to know that it is already hot enough). The Gallery Microwave is a great product however the wait for the delivery and installation was not good at all and the promised discount for the wait never happened.

Convection oven terrible

I bought this so I could have a 2nd oven, but the convection part of it is terrible. When I set oven to 425, it will indicate it is preheated to that temperature when the actual temperature in the oven is at approximately 310. If i leave the gauge in the oven and wait for it to get to 425, I have to wait another 35 minutes for it to get to 400 and a full hour for it to get to 425. Liked Instruction book, accessories and looks are great. Price was high and 3 week wait to come to store. There was a hole in the box when we picket it up. Upon opening we noticed a dent in the side.

JUNK microwave and customer service is TERRIBLE!!

Been dealing with a brand new, defective microwave for 2 months with no satisfaction in sight! Frigidaire keeps telling us different stories. No one seems to know what's going on.
