Great Microwave.

Great microwave, easy to use, looks really nice. Has a lot of useful features to someone who cooks and just reheats food.

GARBAGE

I purchased this on April 19, it was installed on May 14. Completely DEAD on June 7. It died mid-cooking. What's worse is that Frigidaire insists on sending a technician out to diagnose and will not replace it until they do. SO that means two days of my time wasted. One for a technician "repair" and a second day for an actual fix. Not to mention the time without an appliance. Absolute garbage.

Bought total Fridgidare kitchen package in September 2024 for our new construction. Installed in December 2024. First six months all was well, then June 2025 came. 1st service call for turntable failure. We also had a complaint on not heating properly of which we were told by tech that these units never heat to full 425. Most times they will only reach 300. Total NIGHTMARE!!!

The first time we used the air fry function, the entire unit broke. It took several weeks to get a technician out just to troubleshoot it. They troubleshot it to the control board; however, because of Electrolux's requirements, they had to order a list of several different parts to replace first before they would let the technician order the control board. Each time, we had to wait a couple weeks for each part to come in, then wait to get a technician out, just to get through to the part they ne...

Dead After 1.5 years

I've had this microwave for only a year and a half and it started heating up while off. This seems to be a common issue with a stuck relay on the control board which requires replacement. Cheaper to just buy another...

Just do yourself a favor and buy it!

Love love love this product! Being able to air fry, cook, and microwave all in one is absolutely amazing and my counter tops have never been so free.

pickup experience was very quick and smooth.

You have 48 hours to take back an appliance.

The paperwork and outside of the box said this is the microwave I bought. But the manual inside said it was not. It was just a oto microwave. I took it out and the model number was wrong. I boxed it up and took it back to Lowe's and they ordered me another one. I'm waiting again for hopefully the correct one.

Died before 2 years

I've owned this microwave for less than 2 years and it has already failed. Smoke billows out of the microwave. Frigidaire does not stand by their products and wanted me to pay 320 dollars. What a piece of junk brand and experience.

Great if you are on the shorter side

Love this microwave because I am 5'1 and the buttons are arranged along the bottom and are well lit. The undercounted light is also a great feature. If you want to cook something for 3 minutes, just push 3 and wait about 3 seconds and it starts.

The fit and finish is pretty great! Have not used all the feature and looking forwards to exploring them!

Air fryer/microwave/convection oven

I love the flexibility of this oven, it can help cook in so many ways. Be aware that the unit is very heavy and awkward to install by yourself. Do yourself a favor and make sure to have someone to help you.

It's amazing!

It takes a bit to get familiar with it but once you do, you will love it! I really wanted something like this because I bake a lot of bread and casseroles, etc. but in warmer weather, my oven makes my house WAY too hot. This doesn't!
