Stopped working at 45 days

The fridge is very large with plenty of room. Lowes did a great install. The fridge was fine and then it just stopped working. No lights, no cooling, no water dispenser--nothing. We tried different outlets and tried to reset by unplugging but it did not work. Called the warranty of Frigidaire and it will take 2 days to get someone out and we have an 8-5 window. For the amount of money this cost, I expect better service and product. Luckily we have fridge in our garage that is 20 years old...

Mid quality

This model is poorly designed. You have to open both doors not only to access the 'middle' drawer but also both the vegetable and meat drawer as well. The middle drawer is too shallow to store many of the items normally kept there. The ice maker is inside the fridge area instead of the door taking up precious space. It started making a very loud noise only various occasions after 3 months but the service tech can't repair it 'because he can't fix something that's not making noise when he's here'...

Great Appliance

Looks great, large capacity

I bought this a month ago and so far it's working really well, it's very quiet and the icemaker works wonderfully. It looks good and it's easy to clean and it's got plenty of room.

Warning! Do not buy!

We bought this fridge March 2026 and it died August 2026. They sent us a technician that was a fraud and did not repair the fridge. He said the evaporator fan was bad and he needed the part then ghosted us. Here we are a month later still with no fridge because Frigidaire said they needed to try to dispatch someone else before replacement. (Can’t find anyone else in my area other than the fraud guy) All my food is ruined and I’m likely going to have to just suck it up and buy another fridge. I p...

Good, convenient features

We bought this fridge one month ago. It has some convenient features that we are enjoying. The deli drawer does have a chip in the corner that may have happened when the delivery guys installed the drawers.

Disappointed

The fridge looked pretty, and it was actually the recommended one that was similar to a Samsung I chose, but never arrived. But the fridge has had many issues since the start… The ice making constantly leaks water, leaving the dispenser area wet all the time. The fridge also makes a really really loud buzzing noise sometimes. Not only that, the lower drawers are crooked, and don’t line up (the Lowe’s people installed this fridge btw), the drawer on the left doesn’t close and also has a huge ch...

Frigidaire French door refrigerator

I bought a new Frigidaire French door refrigerator to replace my 10 year old LG that I bought 10 years ago from Lowes after the compressor failed. I am very satisfied with my new fridge.

Best refrigerator ever

Ice maker is in corner of fridge so freezer space isn’t sacrificed. Freezer has a genius frozen pizza pocket so they’re stored upright. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Frigidaire!
