We bought this fridge one month ago. It has some convenient features that we are enjoying. The deli drawer does have a chip in the corner that may have happened when the delivery guys installed the drawers.

The fridge looked pretty, and it was actually the recommended one that was similar to a Samsung I chose, but never arrived. But the fridge has had many issues since the start… The ice making constantly leaks water, leaving the dispenser area wet all the time. The fridge also makes a really really loud buzzing noise sometimes. Not only that, the lower drawers are crooked, and don’t line up (the Lowe’s people installed this fridge btw), the drawer on the left doesn’t close and also has a huge ch...

Much easier to get things in and out of the freezer and fridge. Only thing that bothers me is the bottom freezer makes noise when opening and closing on the metal part of opening and closing it. Other than that I love it.

Fridge not running after 3 months

Would Not Recommend

Purchase this refrigerator three months ago For My Mom. The fridge is now not running. Call customer service. They were actually really good. However, it’s taking five days to get a repair technician out. Overall, I feel that lowes should replace the item.
