What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this refrigerator for its spacious interior, reliable performance, and excellent value. Most highlight the generous storage capacity, noting it feels significantly larger than expected, with particular appreciation for the wide deli drawer and spacious door shelves. Many describe the operation as quiet and efficient, with consistent cooling performance. The sleek stainless steel design and handleless appearance receive frequent compliments. A small number mention the absence of a freezer light as a drawback, and very few report defects, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction and repeat customer loyalty.

New Frigidaire

New fridge after 30 years
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this refrigerator, especially the grip, we don't have the handles that stick out anymore, love that! There is one thing, if you close the door, you have to wait about 10 seconds before you can open it up again, like it has a suction to it that keeps it closed.

Nice new refrigerator, already discontinued
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old refrigerator died, so found this for replacement. It gets much colder, faster than the old one did and is very quiet. This one was manufactured in May 2026, purchased in August 2026. Already shows as discontinued on Frigidaire site.

Even Cooling and Very Spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this refrigerator. It’s just about standard in size on the outside, but the inside of it is so spacious. The shelves are slightly deeper, and the door shelving is larger than other shelving I’ve had in the past. I love that everything stays cold evenly. I haven’t had any issues with items in the back of the fridge freezing at all. The refrigerator runs quietly and efficiently, and the drawers all roll out smoothly.

It's Garbage
Would Not RecommendI've had it 4 months. It makes a wide variety of strange sounds and loudly runs almost constantly. The worst thing is that the freezer heavily ices up and needs frequent thawing. I bought a protection plan for it but surprise! Lowe's has no record of it! I'll never buy an appliance from Lowes again.

Perfect fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitchen remodel was built around my existing appliances. So when my 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator started having a hard time staying cold, I shopped for another the exact same size. This one fits perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reviewing many models I chose the Frigidaire 20 cu ft Garage Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator. It has performed extremely well and gives me 20 cu ft of usable space in a spot designed for an 18 cu ft. No more moving the old kitchen fridge into the garage.

Best new idea: Garage Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, do I like my new garage refrigerator. Imagine an appliance made for your garage. Made to work in lower winter temperatures and hot summer days in my non-air conditioned garage. I am so happy, the drinks are so cold and the freezer is wonderfully frozen. Just a plain Jane that is a work horse for you. Yippee & Yahoo, thanks Frigidaire for listening to what we the people need. Good job Frigidaire and I would buy again.
