waste of money

i purchased this refrigerator in May and it’s gone out in 4 months

Great features

We recently purchased our Frigidaire and I’m very happy with it! It has plenty of room in the freezer also. We previously had a side by side with a water dispenser. The freezer couldn’t store many items. I’m so thankful we decided on this model. Also love the fingerprints aren’t an issue. Lowes was very helpful and accommodating as far as our purchasing and delivery. We will certainly buy from Lowes in the future.

the temp is on recommeneded and it froze all the vegetables, the milk and other stuff, when we set the tempa littel lower the mil goes bad and then the other stuff is not at temp

Oxygen Thieves

Ordered a brand new refrigerator. Waited 5 days for delivery with a 4 hour window. A damaged floor model was delivered from a different store. They use 3rd party delivery, another fail. I will never buy anything significant from Lowe’s. Management was worthless on the return. Nobody pays the price for mistakes except the customer. Predictable is preventable. Disconcerting when folks are miserable with their job and struggle to get through their shift.

Good for the price

The only thing is you really need to make sure Both doors are closed. The freezer door pops open when you shut the refrigerator door, so Just make sure both are closed before you walk away or the freezer will start to frost up.

I am very satisfied with the product and the Lowes delivery team as well as being able to buy it online and have the old fridge taken away. I recommend them highly!!!!

Horrible reliability and customer service

This fridge is less than month old. Didn’t cool properly from day 1 but thought it needed time to properly cool dow and then thought we had put too much in it too quick. Day 2 we tried adjusting temperature settings. Fridge wouldn’t get down below 50 degrees. Day 3 set fridge and freezer dials to coldest, freezer would freeze ice fridge wouldn’t get below 48 even though we took almost everything out of it. Called Lowe’s but it was now day 4 and they wouldn’t do anything past 48 hours, plus we or...

Frost Free Refrigerator
