Simplicity at its finest

I purchased this to replace another Frigidaire frig that also made a lot of noise when cooling. I do appreciate its simplicity, however. There are times when I wish I had a water and ice dispenser (and my house is newer so the setup exists) but there is something to be said about the simpleness of a frig without the bells and whistles...

Frigidaire is an excellent company
Overall the refrigerator has worked well. A problem I had was the freezer decided to leave me with water instead of ice cubes and soft bread. That happened 9 months after installation. Since it was under warranty it was corrected. Now it’s working fine. Otherwise it’s a very good refrigerator.

Junk Follow up
Would Not RecommendFrigidaire replaced the first refrig that would not cool with an identical refrig that will not cool. Tickets created are 1007892141, 1007991809, 1008002422, 1008147569, 1008246132. Latest repair attempt diagnosis was a bad fan in freezer, wait 7 days for parts. Followed up after 7 days and too bad, parts are on back order. I have not had a dependable refrig since I received the first bad unit on July 5, 2026. Today is Aug. 18, 2026. Run away.
