Total disaster

Your third-party delivery company has turned a simple refrigerator delivery into a complete disaster. The old refrigerator was not removed because the tenant had bugs. Fine. But if the refrigerator was not removed, why was I charged the $79 haul-away fee? When I called 10 days ago I was told it takes 6 days. Still waiting for the $79 refund..... Lowes management has turned me away

Waited over two weeks to go pick up. When it was ready I simply asked that instead of the 12 month 0% I would prefer to just get the 5% off the order. Apparently it was too much hassle for the manager to manage this and with a snob face just said nope. So I cancelled and again with a snob face and a shrug I just simply walked away and will not be going back to Lowe’s. Sad days. Lowe’s in Pearland, TX off Pearland parkway.

STOPPED WORKING 27 DAYS LATER AND THEY WONT LET US RETURN IT AND THE COMPANY THEY CONTRACT M&M QUALITY GEEK APPLICANCE IS AWFUL. THEY WILL SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND NOT SHOW UP FOR 5 HOURS SO YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE.

Stops working after only 2-years

If you own this model and it suddenly stops working - that is, there is NO cooling, no noise, nothing is running, and only the light turns on - it's probably the defrost timer and IT IS A KNOWN DEFECT. A Frigidaire Repairman charged me $300 for 15 minutes of labor and a $45 part! Learn from my mistake and fix it yourself. A mildly handy person can do it. The new (supposedly non-defective) defrost timer, is part number 5304526183. This refrigerator is junk and their repairmen are crooks, and...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like this small refrigerator for my kitchenette. It is stylish and roomy for its size. The only thing I don’t like is how slowly the ice maker works. It takes several days to fill the bin with ice.

Frigidaire Refrigerator

Works as expected

Good deal for the price.

No butter drawer, and no cheese deli drawer, but the door space is ample. This 20 cu ft refrigerator has more interior space than my old 20 cu ft fridge, but the foot print is the same. I would get this one again. Thermometers in the freezer and the fridge show good freezing and cooling. My only nit picky complaint, is that some of the packing plastic is work to remove.
