Frigidaire Dishwasher Upgrade is Quieter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last Frigidaire dishwasher was nearly 20 years old. This new model is much quieter and I am pleased at how clean the dishes are, BUT the rack design is horrible. My 11" dinner plates do not fit well in the space designed in the bottom rack nor do the glasses on the uneven top rack fit as shown in the manual. If Frigidaire comes up with upgraded racks like my previous model, I would be more than happy to switch it out.

My issue is with the racks. They are difficult to arrange the dishes into. I am working with it and I suppose I will get used to it with time, but as of right now, I am frustrated with the racks. Dishes come out clean but space is small and racks are poor
The design of the two racks is very difficult to work with. Space is limited, height is low, racks have spaces where pieces can fall through, just overall poor design.

Once it was delivered and we installed, the quality was disappointing. The top rack design is poor to say the least. Glasses fall over due to rack space not dep enough prongs not tall enough to hold the glasses, utensil rack very flimsy. I would love to receive a new top rack with BETTER design.
