What Customers Are Saying
The dishwasher is reported to clean dishes effectively and have a quiet operation. However, customers note issues with the rack design, including difficulty fitting larger items and problems with the bottom rack. The heat drying feature is also cited as not working well. While the basic cleaning function is adequate, the design limitations on capacity appear to be the main drawbacks.

My first metal tub
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the dishwasher. It does the job. The cycles are long, but you have a few shorter options. It gets really hot, I've melted a few plastic utensils. The utensil basket is in an location. It interferes with the placement of large dinner plates.

It fits!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this particular Frigidaire dishwasher model because, unlike most others, it is less than 33” high so it fits well in the non-standard 33” high opening under my kitchen counter.

A Good Choice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a low height dishwasher due to restricted countertop height. Few choices. Trusted brand.

Great for odd dimension openings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I refinished our floor and had to float some low spots. This caused my opening to be smaller than most standard dimensions for most dishwashers. This fit my space well, easy to install, level, and so far it's been running well and cleaning well. It's also quiet and looks great. If you need more adjustability for an odd size opening, this is a great option.

Connections Needed
Depending on your configuration for electrical you will need one of the following kits. If you have direct wire electrical, then the plumbing kit will work, while if you have an outlet to plug into the electrical kit will give both plumbing and electrical needed. This particular washer uses a 3/8 in. MIP, not the 3/4 in. FHT (Garden Hose) type connector. Plumbing: Item #12253 | Model #98524 Electrical: Item #3615597 | Model #DWKIT1

Owners Manual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just wish an owners manual came with my dish washer instead of having to find it online! Otherwise I love my new dishwasher! It is so quiet and I can tell how much longer it needs to be finished!

Finally had to replace our old dishwasher. This Frigidaire was available in black to match our other appliacnes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire 24" FFBD2420UB dishwater is finished in black which matches our other appliances. Many manufacturers are now making "black stainless steel" appliances which actually do not match older black appliances. This unit runs very quietly and we are very pleased with it.
