The utensil holder melted the first time I used the dishwasher. I hope the unit lasts for 5 years. Unit was expensive in my opinion, but 18-in dishwashers are all expensive.

Would Not RecommendThe bottom rack cant fit large plates due to where the top jets are placed. The dry setting doesnt work well. I turned it on at 11pm at night, next morning they were still wet. It doesnt make the entire cleaning pod dissolve all the time. Honestly im going to try to return it and get a different model.

bad design
Would Not RecommendStarted out very happy with this washer, but not even a year in, the supports that keep the waterproof gasket in place started getting caught on the basket as it slid in, causing it to bend backwards, we have to fix it every few months or you literally can't slide the bottom basket in anymore.

Small but mighty dishwasher

Poor instructions
Would Not RecommendThe instructions didn't tell you what size 90 degree angle bracket you needed. When i called the company they didn't know either and they were very rude. I went back to Lowes and they told me the i had everything in the connection package they sold me. There was no inlet connector in there. We found another one somewhere else that had the right pieces. Customer service was bad at both places

18" dishwasher for cottage kitchen

We have plenty of space in it to load about 2 days of dishes for 2 people. We are happy with our purchase and glad not to have to wash all of our dishes by hand any longer.
