Ratings & Reviews for Frigidaire Stainless Steel Tub 18-in Front Control Built-in Dishwasher ( Black ) , Dual Spray Arm , 52-Decibel

18 inch dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher!!! had a GE and did not like it at all because it did not have a heating element in it I would never dry the dishes. Dishwasher works beautifully clean dishes and they come out dry and I no longer have to wipe them dry. I would buy this dishwasher shirt again and again.

Reliable as always from Frigidaire

Replaced a different brand that we fought warranty issues on for months. The Frigidaire has been flawless from the first wash. It was a very straightforward installation with good instructions. It is nice having both water and electrical connections on the front so these can be monitored and worked on without having to pull the unit out.

Poorly Designed Pump Housing

This dishwasher runs and looks great, other than a primary mechanical failure, the pump housing. We purchased ours in April of 2023. Shortly after the 1 year warranty expired, the pump housing started to leak (two-piece design). We paid for a maintenance tech to repair the assembly and had to wait for parts. Once rebuilt, it started leaking again a week later. I had to take it back apart and lubricate the o-ring to get it working properly again... this has now had to be done pretty much once a y...

Great 18" dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only have room for an 18" dishwasher in my kitchen. I chose the Frigidaire FFBD1831US based on price and positive reviews. It is quiet and cleans the dishes very well. I am happy with my purchase.

Love it!

Nice option for small dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher to replace our 18" dishwasher of 27 years! This dishwasher has more capacity than our previous one, which is never a bad thing! I was a little alarmed at first as every time I closed the door, the normal wash light and time of cycle would light up so I thought I was somehow hitting a button when closing the door to activate a wash cycle, but then realized, that's normal and the light goes off after a few seconds! 18" Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am very pleased with this dishwasher. Hope it remains that way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the one hour cycle, dishes are very clean.

Broke right away

This dishwasher broke right away and we have literally been fighting for parts with Frigidaire for a year! Horrible customer service and it is so disappointing because we have always bought Frigidaire. Never again.

Brand New Dishwasher Leaking Constantly

I moved into an apartment with a brand new Frigidaire dishwasher that kept leaking and going on error code i 4. Their warranty service partner - Rapid Repair Appliances are just as horrible as the company and dishwasher itself. Even with a one year warranty my dishwasher hasn't worked for a month. Rapid Repair keeps fixing it and it keeps leaking again and going back to the error code. I have had older dishwasher from other companies work much better than this brand new piece of garbage!

The water line did not fit but found the right one

Was exactly what I thought it would be.Very happy with the price and quality.

Great brand and appliance for a small space

Feels like a well built machine. Covered and protected well

Extremely Satisfied with Product & Installation

It cleans thoroughly and is very quiet despite being rated at 52 db. Installed soon after ordering

Rinse aid issue

I filled the rinse aid dispenser months ago and it’s still full. I can’t figure out why it’s not dispensing. I’ve searched online and read through the usual manual multiple times. Can’t figure it out. Besides this issue the washer works great.

Need special connection for water line.

Works great once installed
