What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this dishwasher for its near-silent operation and exceptional cleaning performance. Reviewers consistently report dishes emerging spotless and note the unit runs so quietly they forget it's operating. The auto-open drying door is widely celebrated as an innovative standout feature. The third rack for utensils, stainless steel interior, and fingerprint-resistant exterior are frequently mentioned as premium touches. Multiple wash cycles and overall functionality exceed expectations for the price. A small number report occasional control panel issues requiring resets, but most consider this dishwasher highly reliable and recommend it.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher washes and dries much better than my old one (which was just over a year old). My only complaint is that my plates do not stand up, as they have in all previous dishwashers. Therefore, I can only use every other slot for plates, so I can not access all of the space I would normally be able to use.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 10 year old Frigidaire dishwasher needed to be replaced. We loved our old one, so we decided on this model because this was the closest modern version to what we had. It has not disappointed!

Great but 3 parts broke in 1st year
Would Not RecommendPlastic tabs that hold top rack onto roller bars: tabs broke off both sides, rack falls off. Replaced tabs w stainless carabiners, seems fine. Blue spinner popped off of the spray arm & landed on the heating element, slightly warping the surface. no big deal... but it all happened in the 1st year.

Efficient and Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is quietly efficient. I like the third level for lids and flatware. The baskets roll in out easily and the dishes get cleaned with minimal detergent.

Quiet, Spacious, and a Great Purchase from Lowe’s
Would RecommendI had a great experience purchasing my Stainless Steel Tub 24-in Top Control Built-in Dishwasher from Lowe’s. The entire purchase process was easy, and I’m very happy with the dishwasher. It looks great in stainless steel, runs quietly at only 49 decibels, and the third rack gives us a lot more room for utensils and smaller items. The DishSense Technology does a great job getting everything clean, and I really like the top controls because they give the dishwasher a clean, modern look. Overall,...

Arrived Damaged and Missing Parts
Would Not RecommendI would not recommend buying this dishwasher. It took 3 delivery attempts. I was in traffic and construction on the first attempt & the drivers would not wait an extra 5 min despite showing up at the first moments of their 4 hr delivery window. Second delivery attempt they never showed, and I had to call, only to find out it wasn't even on the truck. I spent over 8 hrs at a vacant house waiting 2xs for this delivery. I didn't unbox the dishwasher right away because I needed plumbing done. W...

Replacement dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 13 year old Frigidaire with this one. The new one has a third tray for utensils which we really like. Hoping this machine is as good as the old one.

No Regrets
Bought this appliance two weeks ago because we moved into a new home. Our dishes have been in storage nearly 2 years. So of course lots of dish washing had to be done. From the top skinny drawer that can hold your sharp knives to the adjustable draw height and the large bottom drawer, hands down GREAT PURCHASE and NO regrets. OH! And the fact it pops open the last few minutes it’s drying and you can’t tell it’s running it’s so quiet, total bonus 🤭

Solid option
Would Recommend2 weeks in and very happy. Feel like once you get into a certain level, the features and niceties have diminishing returns for additional cost. Although I'm not sure exactly what we're missing, the stainless steel door inside/out, and I believe the SS tub is really nice. 3rd row for silverware is almost a must, and this has it. The feature that actually sold my wife was the auto open feature, where the door opens after a cycle is complete. Kind of silly to some extent because you can do it yours...
