Received damaged unit - terrible customer service
Would Not RecommendI received a damaged unit, but I didn't notice until I installed it and it was past the 48 hour return window. One of the third rack wheels was broken, and the door was majorly dented on the inside, causing it to not fully close and seal. It took over a month from when I reported the defect to Frigidaire to actually get someone out to fix it. While the repair person fixed it, he also discovered the drain pump was completely broken. It would have gotten 5 stars if the top rack would adjust without having to remove the rack. Installation is pretty straightforward. Hopefully it lasts longer than the LG (2 years) it replaced.

The air dry feature I'd a big plus and works well. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bottom rack comes off the tract quite easily, like with every load. leaked from day one
stay away from Frigidaire my machine purchase new and leaked from day one. it was purchased on 5/27/26 and finally got warranty service in July. it is now October and we are still waiting on parts from frigidaire. extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

Love this dishwasher

Cleans all my dishes very well and I feel like the cycle length appropriate for getting everything cleaned. Sometimes it doesnt completely dry them and there's a little bit of water left but not much and its easy to towel dry before putting dishes away. Overall it has worked out really well!
