What Customers Are Saying
The dishwasher is generally well-received, with many praising its quiet operation, effective cleaning, and useful features like the third rack. Customers highlight the quiet operation and effective cleaning, with dishes and glassware coming out sparkling clean. The third rack for utensils and small items is seen as a convenient addition. However, some customers have noted issues with the drying performance, with dishes and plastic containers sometimes still retaining moisture after the cycle. The length of the wash cycles, which can take over 2 hours, has also been mentioned as a downside by some. A few customers have also reported problems with the rack design and stability. Overall, the dishwasher seems to offer good functionality, with its quiet operation and effective cleaning being the standout features. While the drying and cycle length may not be perfect, most customers appear satisfied with their purchase.

Buy A Different Dishwasher
Would Not RecommendI am very disappointed with this dishwasher. The racks do not move smoothly. It does an okay job of cleaning, but the dishes do not dry well. The top rack is useless -- nothing cleans well there. The rinse aid dispenser indicator is impossible to read. Worst of all, pinkish orange slime develops on the bottom, which is bacteria. We had a technician out two times to try to resolve the pick slime issue. They did reinstall the hose with a high loop, but the problem persists. I am very sorry I bough...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the French doors on top and the pull out for the freezer. The fridge has plenty of room up top for what we need.

This dishwasher sucks.
Would Not RecommendI'm not sure I can adequately describe what a disappointment this dishwasher has been from the moment I ordered it. Install services were a breeze and that's where it ends. It doesn't wash anything very well. Dishes come out wet and dirty even when I wash them before running it and dry on the heat setting. Everything feels flimsy and like it's going to fall apart - the racks, the the slides, the things that spin the water. It is less noisy than your typical dishwasher but not really quie...

Good dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher washes well and operates quietly. It take about 2.5 hrs to complete the Normal cycle. It would be more convenient if the spacing for dishes on the bottom rack were more upright and with slightly wider spacing. The middle rack and upper racks work well. I've had this dishwasher for about 4 weeks now and am happy with the purchase so far.

WORST DISHWASHER!!
Would Not RecommendDO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER! Sadly my 16 year old dishwasher decided to die so I researched and thought I had found a good one in this one. NOT!!!! The front is sleek and modern but open it up and the rolling system is all plastic and has already broke, the top rack does not pull out smooth at all. My husband has had to use zip ties to keep the rack from falling down when i pull the rack out. When I use the heat setting the dishes come out wet!!! I do not recommend this dishwasher to anyo...

Get's dishes super clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this to replace a very old kenmore dishwasher. Wish I'd done it sooner. Super quiet and everything comes out squeaky clean. Takes a little longer than our old unit, but the result is better!

Start button wears out quickly
Would Not RecommendOverall have liked this dishwasher okay for the price, but very disappointed the start button has completely worn out and stopped working in less than three years of below average use. Everything else on the dishwasher is working fine, definitely should have made that button to stand up to repeated uses, especially considering you have to push it ANY time you open the dishwasher during a cycle, definitely a design flaw.
