Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The dishwasher is generally well-received, with many praising its quiet operation, effective cleaning, and useful features like the third rack. Customers highlight the quiet operation and effective cleaning, with dishes and glassware coming out sparkling clean. The third rack for utensils and small items is seen as a convenient addition. However, some customers have noted issues with the drying performance, with dishes and plastic containers sometimes still retaining moisture after the cycle. The length of the wash cycles, which can take over 2 hours, has also been mentioned as a downside by some. A few customers have also reported problems with the rack design and stability. Overall, the dishwasher seems to offer good functionality, with its quiet operation and effective cleaning being the standout features. While the drying and cycle length may not be perfect, most customers appear satisfied with their purchase.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans very well and the controls are very intuitive to follow. The only conplaint that I have is the rollers on the bottom rack are not very sturdy. I'm very concerned how long they are going to last with all the heavy dishes that go in that tray.

So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I have only had this dishwasher for a month and so far I am pleased with it. The dishes come out clean so it is doing its job. I am amazed at how long it runs. Seems to go on for hours... that seems strange to me but will evaluate this more as time goes on.

Perfect dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New home built, but our builder used the cheapest dishwasher which died on us within 2 years. We needed a new one to go with our other appliances and this was perfect and was easy to install. Very large household and this keeps dishes readily available for use.

Died in less than year - warranty impossible
Would Not RecommendPurchased In march of 2025 Less than a year later the pump broke. Has been now not working for 2 months and Frigidaire warranty has been useless as we can’t get service techs and always get the run around from Frigidaire. They schedule appointments with a 8a - 5p window which requires a full day off work. Twice they have sent no shows. When you call you are routed to a call center in Asia who is unable to communicate with service techs, schedulers or anyone else. Have spent literally hours...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this Frigidaire dishwasher is okay. It does a solid job when it comes to cleaning, especially with more delicate items. I was pleasantly surprised that it got my older crystal glassware looking shiny and clear again without any damage. That said, I’ve already run into a few issues. The dishwasher has thrown three error codes so far, including 0.40 and 0.20, which is a bit concerning this early on. While it performs well when it’s runni...

Great for a mid-priced dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is so much quieter than my last one that I thought something was wrong with it. Does what it’s supposed to and dishes come out without spots or streaks. I like how easy the strainer in the bottom is to access and remove. The installation was easy but I found it annoying that I had to buy a separate installation kit that had the water line and elbow to connect it. This dishwasher sticks out a little farther since it has a handle, ...
