Great freezer. It's "garage ready" but quiet and nice looking. So I brought it inside the house. I have only had it a week but, so far, I am very happy with it. It has a strong seal to hold the door closed, keeping the warm air out and the icy cold air in. My frozen foods stay frozen.

Would RecommendWonderful Freezer. Perfect size and is convertible to a refrigerator if needed. I found it easy to move by myself in a pinch (not recommended though). The interior glass shelves makes it easier to see what is in the freezer. I did note that the freezer does will build up frost quickly due to being stored in a non temperature controlled storage room in my garage. But the manual does inform the user of this so this was not unexpected. We've had extreme heat lately and the temp inside the freezer...

Love the upright configuration
Would RecommendI just set this up a few days ago but was able to do it by myself....no need for assistance. It reached temperature quickly and I really like the upright configuration as I have a chest freezer and you can't get to anything in the bottom. This upright makes it easy to see what you have and not let things get lost in the deep freeze. It's just the right size for me as I live alone.

Would RecommendBought this second fridge that I so needed. It is slim and does not take up a lot of room. It is the right size for accommodating the extra food that does not fit in my family size refrigerator. Also I can change it into a freezer.

Calling store for any reason is horrific
Product is fine and delivery as well but AI is involved in all calls to store and it takes hour and a half to speak to an agent and get transferred another half hour to get someone from the department on the line!
