Post cover
Would RecommendAt only 3’ tall these would be for a short railing. But the product is good the walls are relatively thick and provide a good anchor point when put over a 4x4.

Good cover for a post
Would Not RecommendVery sturdy... Easy to install over a post. I was able also to drill through it properly and add things to it without it cracking or peeling.
Nice option for railing
Would RecommendIt looks like it will hold up well and work as designed.
great product
Would RecommendI put this on a set of block steps i built for a customer. worked great to slide over the metal post support to mount the step rail to. i got 2 and both was perfect to work with. easy to clean.
Cat scratch prevention
I actually use these to put around the door frame to stop the cats from calling on the doors cause they are evil little butt holes. I sanded it down and spray-painted it flat worked beautiful.
Great look, comparable to Trex and Deckorators
Would RecommendNice looking and consistent quality. This is perfect for at least the first post you cover, to get the same size as rail kits require, then cutting down the 8' version to size to match. Main issue is that they come dirty and need to be scrubbed. Also a huge mess of plastic when cutting though that's common with composite.
