be careful with shipping

Product looks okay with some imperfections in the stamping out of the squares. Two pieces were broke do to rolling up lattice and placing into a box to ship.

I order 2 4x8 sheets of lattice that was not sold in store. When I picked it up it was in a box. When I got home and opened it up, it was rolled up with a strap. I didn't bother taking it out of the box since it was broken into pieces. Will be returning.

Pick up simple, but the lady who did not have name badge, behind the "customer service " counter apparently does not like her job. Friendliness and professionalism were not her strong suits. I have never picked up an online order a Lowes before, and that must have annoyed her immensely. She did not enjoy showing me "company" rules for this activity. If I am running lowes, I might ask this lady if working i. A non customer facing role would serve her better.

It came damaged. What was left seemed too brittle to last long.

Love the product. However, 2 of the 4 pieces of lattice I bought were cracked. Was able to use them.

Missing QTY

I ordered 4 they only delivered 2

broken when received. The box was damaged and taped up but let me pick it up knowing this. Set my project back and costing more for extra trips to pick up again.

The Lattice itself is very nice and the three panels i received were easy to install, even though they had cracks and some missing pieces. The damage all appears to have occurred during shipping because they were too tightly rolled up and may have been roughly treated. If you want this item, buy in the store where you can inspect them and use care when transporting them.

Inspect before accepting

The view block plastic lath arrived 3 day early which was great. Product was as expected and came rolled in two boxes, unfortunately sometime during shipping something heavy was put on top and one box was crushed damaging two "sheets". Fortunately I only needed the bottom 3 feet of two of the four sheets. My cut off will include the damaged portion.

put up around the bottom of the pool as decorative skirting that day tried it with a wiffle ball bat to make sure it was kid friendly instantly a hole was made couldn't even hold up to a small tap of a plastic bat. sad garbage. Sincerely CCS CONTRACTING.

Inspect all boxes

Bought 4 sheets of this and when I returned home and opened the box 2 sheets were damaged beyond use

Open the box before you go home

Ordered two pieces of lattice, open the box both were broken. Strike one, return them ordered two more. Let’s see how this goes.
