What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this toilet supply line for reliable performance and thoughtful design. Most highlight the included multiple adapters enabling universal fit across various toilet and valve sizes, eliminating extra purchases. The braided steel construction feels solid and durable compared to plastic alternatives, with many reporting leak-free performance after installation. Reviewers consistently note the ease of DIY installation and flexibility to accommodate tight spaces. A small number experienced leaks or sizing mismatches, though these typically stem from incorrect measurements rather than product defects. Overall, most customers consider it a dependable, superior upgrade.

Look out for the adapters in the packaging
At first I thought I bought the wrong size, then discovered there's a set of adapters in the packaging. Honestly I would have preferred to just get one in the exact size. I thought these valves were standardized but they're not.
