What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this toilet supply line for its reliable, leak-free performance. The twist-and-click connection mechanism is celebrated as intuitive and foolproof, providing audible feedback and eliminating overtightening risks. Installation is quick and hand-tightened at the tank end, requiring no special tools. The braided stainless steel construction feels heavy-duty and sturdy, handling water pressure confidently. Most reviewers highlight the absence of leaks and professional appearance as primary benefits. A few note the water shut-off valve connection still requires a wrench, and some request shorter length options. Overall, customers consider this a high-quality, dependable upgrade.

Standard toilet water supply line
Would RecommendThis is just a normal replacement for a toilet water supply line, nothing fancy

Click feature work well
Would RecommendWorked well, except that I wish there was shorter one available - 8” would have been ideal. It was difficult to connect the hose without it crimping. I like the “Click” feature that keeps you from over tightening it to the toilet tank.

Good product
Would RecommendI liked that it stops when you tighten it so yo don’t over do it. Be careful with the upper nut that goes to the tank. I thought the hose was leaking, but it was leaking through the upper plastic nut.
