I'll Never use curbside pickup again

Checked in for curbside pickup, waited for 23 minutes, nobody came out. went in to pick it up, no one was at the pickup desk. A woman in returns came over(after I asked her) and tried to find my order. Took about 5 more minutes and my "Quik curbside " pickup took about 30 minutes. It would have taken me less time to walk back to plumbing and walk thru the checkout line myself.
