What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this oak transition piece for creating seamless, professional-looking connections between different flooring types. The solid oak construction is consistently highlighted for its durability, authentic wood appearance, and weight compared to cheaper alternatives. Reviewers appreciate how it resolves height discrepancies without extensive modification and can be easily stained to match existing floors. Installation is straightforward with minimal tools required. A few customers note minor issues like splintering during cutting or limited height for larger transitions, but most consider it a worthwhile investment that completes their flooring projects beautifully.

Great transition between floor heights
Would RecommendWorked perfectly for our needs, transitioning from an existing hardwood floor to a new tile floor that was about 3/8" higher. We cut it to length, and otherwise it fit perfectly. Lightly sanded, stained, and varnished, and it came out looking great.
