If you have MCS, steer clear.
It outgases. I have to use an ozone machine every 2-3 days. Still waiting for the smell to clear. We've had it installed for 1 week today. It does look very nice, though. Plus, it was on sale.

Great DIY improvement over contractor's T-moulding
Would RecommendOur remodeling contractor did a poor job of installing T-moulding and they cracked from normal foot traffic. I figured that I could do a better job myself. I chose this solid wood T-moulding anticipating that it will be much stronger than the composite type. I ripped out the old moulding, then stained these solid oak versions and applied 3 coats of spar varnish before putting it down over 1/4 inch shim strips to make them even across the gap between the tile and wood flooring, but now it really ...
