What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this oak transition piece for seamlessly bridging height differences between flooring types like hardwood, tile, carpet, and LVP. Reviewers consistently highlight its solid oak construction, natural grain, and professional appearance that blends in perfectly without modifications. Most find installation straightforward using adhesive or fasteners, and appreciate that it accepts stain well and arrives pre-finished. A few note the profile sits low for larger height gaps, and some mention concerns about thickness or price, though these are outweighed by widespread satisfaction with quality and performance.

Great transition between floor heights
Would RecommendWorked perfectly for our needs, transitioning from an existing hardwood floor to a new tile floor that was about 3/8" higher. We cut it to length, and otherwise it fit perfectly. Lightly sanded, stained, and varnished, and it came out looking great.
