What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this oak transition piece for creating seamless, professional-looking connections between different flooring types and heights. Reviewers highlight how effectively it solves height differences between hardwood, tile, carpet, and LVP without visible gaps or tripping hazards. The solid oak construction is commended for its durability, weight, and authentic wood appearance compared to cheaper alternatives. Most find installation straightforward, appreciating that it stains evenly and can be customized to match existing floors. A few report it runs thinner than expected or experience minor splintering when cutting, though these issues are uncommon. Overall, customers consider it a high-quality finishing touch that completes flooring projects with a polished, intentional look.

Great transition between floor heights
Would RecommendWorked perfectly for our needs, transitioning from an existing hardwood floor to a new tile floor that was about 3/8" higher. We cut it to length, and otherwise it fit perfectly. Lightly sanded, stained, and varnished, and it came out looking great.
