Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The Flex Seal product has received mixed reviews. Many customers report it is an effective sealant and waterproofing solution, forming a durable, flexible seal that holds up well over time. The liquid version is particularly popular, being easy to apply and effective at sealing gaps and cracks. However, some customers felt the product did not live up to claims, with leaks persisting after application. Others found it difficult to apply neatly and complained about the strong odor. Proper preparation and application appear crucial for achieving the best results with this product.

Would RecommendI haven’t used this purchase yet. I ordered the smaller size hoping the Flex Seal inside won’t dry/harden as it did in the 32oz size. I was a bit disappointed that I lost about a third of the can. Would you ever consider making your product in 8oz sizes and sell them in 4 packs? I would use/purchase something like that.

Product not the same
Would Not RecommendYour product used to be thick and stay in place. The last 2 cans I received were thin and dripped off the pipe like oil. What in the world has happened? Did you change something because if you did I will never buy Flex Seal in a can again.

Log house
Would RecommendUsed the clear liquid glue to seal my log house inside & out. I best thing I could've done. Regular stain sealants weren't working & costing me thousands of dollars. This stuff has done the job.

Thanks for the great products. I've been using the Flex Seal liquid for the past five years and I'm very satisfied with it's performance and endurance for a number of exterior applications in North Carolina.
