What Customers Are Saying
The Flex Seal product has received mixed reviews. Many customers report it is an effective sealant and waterproofing solution, forming a durable, flexible seal that holds up well over time. The liquid version is particularly popular, being easy to apply and effective at sealing gaps and cracks. However, some customers felt the product did not live up to claims, with leaks persisting after application. Others found it difficult to apply neatly and complained about the strong odor. Proper preparation and application appear crucial for achieving the best results with this product.

Would Not RecommendUsed it on my pool ladder as a protective coat. Peeled and flaked off. Very disappointed

Seal Leaks in Large Areas of "Torch Down" Material
Would RecommendI have used this exact same product in the past. Always excellent results. Used on a flat 11X15' deck that sits directly over the cellar area. The original "torch-down" rubber material had started deteriorating and leaking in several areas. The Flex Seal goes on nice and thick and completely seals the bad "torch-down" material. Great stuff!!

Cures under water
Would RecommendWell I'll be!! It does cure under water!! I had a mole dig under an above ground pool. That made the liner sink into the trench. Poured flex seal i to the depression to relieve the pressure on the streached liner. Cured in a day.
