Packaging did not keep product from drying out.

Half of the flex seal was already hardened when I opened it for the first time.

Buy more than you need

The product worked as expected but out of a 12 pound tub at least a pound of it had hardened in the tub before delivery. Under the hard shell the product was fine.

Used

The tub was already used. There was a big scoop taken out of it.

Flex Paste experience

I bought both Flex Seal spray and Flex Paste at the same time. The Flex Seal spray worked great, and turning the can upside down and spraying until it clears after each use allowed me to use the spray, a little at a time, over a 2 week period without any clogging. The Flex Paste came with about an inch thick ring of the paste hardened at the top. Using the suggestions of leaving the remaining paste level and resealing with the protective foil and silica pack allowed me to use a little at a time...

White flex paste

Good product, easy to use. Was surprised with how match initial waist there was. The first 3 inches were hard crusted under tte foil.

A very bad day, product or packaging was defective

I have used this product before - and I will use it again. However, this order arrived with the top 1/3 of the product already set. I had to pry the set material out with screwdrivers to get to the "good", unset material. I was in the middle of a project, tools and pumps around, so returning the order for replacement was not reasonable. Very annoying and frustrating. Many bad thoughts were had by me.

GREAT FOR OLD SHINGLES ON A WALL!

Used it over deteriorating asphalt shingles on the exterior wall of a shed. It stopped the leaks from winter storms.

Top 1/3 of every new tub already solidified.

It's a great product, BUT, unless flexseal finds a better a better way to package their product expect to lose 1/3 . The top one third of every tub has already solidified when you open it. In essence you're paying for 2/3 of whatever is marked on the tub. I've got a bunch of solid donuts from each tub if anybody wants them. THAT ALUMINUM FOIL ON TOP IS NOT DOING THE JOB.

HORRIBLE NASTY PRODUCT

Horrible, nasty product that really ONLY sticks to your hands.

Coated Rusting Support Steel

I have a salt water pool and the coping support steel at the catch basins was rusting and flaking into the pool. I used flex paste to coat and seal it. Problem solved! #Flextacular

Awesome product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample for flex seal. And I couldn't of received it at a better time. I had some windows leaking. I applied the flex seal paste and it was a life saver. It sealed the link and we didn't have to worry about water coming in. I'd recommend this product to everyone.

Put on top of our toy hauler

We put it on top of our toy hauler which had leaked the previous year. It was a chore prepping it and our friend who lives in it did a fantastic job painting wherever there was a possibility of water seeping in. Two days after competition we had a big, long storm, and all is well! I was worried about my friend and my nice toy hauler, but all is well!

Great Flex Paste

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this flex paste. It starts out as a thick paste and dries to a strong, flexible, rubber coating. You can paint over the paste. Can be applied on dry or wet surfaces, even underwater. It worked great on my kayak.

Flex seal has a new purpose (or two)

Two different uses of the Flexseal paste I have never seen advertised. 1) I have used Flexseal to repair bicycle inner tube punctures rather than a cheap patch. Normal prep of the tube and a coating if the paste is all that's required tor an air tight seal and no issues. As a competitive cyclist, I have lots of training rides in less than ideal conditions resulting in several punctures.
