Doesn’t work when water is present
Product must be applied while area is dry. Didn’t perform like I thought it would with water present. Also when opening bucket some of the product was already cured so you couldn’t really apply like instructed. I would not recommend!

Good product, but poorly managed by distributor.
Would RecommendThis is a good product, however the containers which we were shipped were obviously old inventory. A large amount of the product was hardened to the point it was unusable, perhaps 25% of the container. Since it's an expensive product to purchase, this is a significant financial loss to the consumer. Once you open the container you must use all of its contents within a 48 hour period as it hardens relatively quickly when exposed to open air. Closing the container does not stop it from settin...

Disappointed
I had a leaky copper pipe in the basement that was slow-dripping water. It continued to drip even after applying a generous layer of Flexseal all around it. Had to call the plumber who cut off the leaking segment and soldered a new end to the pipe. It was also messy to apply.
