Would Not RecommendI returned due to missing parts and leaking batteries before I ever got to use the tool. Was going to do and exchange but Looked through 5 different boxes of these at the Lowes store and they all had either leaking batteries or missing parts. Contacted Flex about the leaking batteries and they just blamed it on someone else. Did not seem to care that I got the leaking goop coming out of the batteries all over my hands. Do not buy Flex and save yourself a headache.

FOURTH exchange cuz of leaking batteries…
Well, this will be my fourth try… each one has leaking batteries so far. My local Lowe’s doesn’t have any more in stock so I ordered the next one online, it was bad upon arrival, so I had to go down to the other store anyway since it wouldn’t let me return it online. I have charged and tried the new drill twice and so far so good.
