Trash

Worked 3 times, then stopped. Firman will make you run around and troubleshoot the issues yourself and give you contradictory instructions. Eventually they will have you take it to a service center where you will find out they have stacks of this same model all which don't work. Firman wont do anything about to offer a soluation like a return authorization to Lowe's, if you purchase the extended warranty through Lowe's, they will tell you to go through Firman instead. $800 Paperweight, that I ...

Garbage- do not buy from Lowe’s.

Won’t hold the load it is designed to hold. Don’t buy from Lowe’s because they don’t honor the 48 hour rule.

Advertises saying runs for 12hrs I got 8hrs

Works great! Only thing is it advertises as running for 12hrs on a full tank that’s false it only ran for about 8hrs till it shutoff with no gas. Other than that it’s great!

Best generator ever purchased

I have had this generator since early 2024 and it has logged hundreds of hours on our off-grid property. I use only high octane fuel and watch the oil level closely. The push button start is so nice. What a great generator!

Runs great, quiet and plenty of power

Fits needs of my RV. Easy start both with electric or pull rope. Runs 15-20 hours a day as I replace propane/electric fridge with a domestic model. Would have given 5 stars. Disapointment comes, as with most everything, .fom the stupid operational design. Firman wants oil checked daily and changed @ every 100 hours. Now go find a phillips head to remove the cover. Why not an easier twist lock 1/4 turn finger lock. While your at it put some teats on the bottom of the access panel so it doesn't s...

Very good but louder than the competition.

I have been full time rving for about 2 years now. 35’ travel trailer with a huge Coleman Mach a/c on top. This generator runs the ac plus the converter, 120v fridge ect all at the same time. The bad reviews seem like a fluke. I just checked i have 750 hours on this unit! I do my maint but not anywhere near what the unit calls for. Its deff robust. So far so good

Used this product once so far. The dual fuel is nice. I plan to use propane when possible so I don’t have to worry about fuel line issues in winter. The wheels are a nice touch to move long distances. At almost 100 pounds it can be loaded by 1 person although 2 is better. The included accessories such as extension cord and cover are nice
