The neighbors would lose their minds

We had no idea this generator would be so loud that it would drive our family (not to mention the neighbors) to their wits' end during a power outage. It was clear this generator would be aChris disaster. Even though we JUST hooked it up and tried it once, we can't return or exchange it at Lowe's because it's past the 48-hour window. Not a product we'd recommend unless you have earplugs that work really well. Disappointed.

it's been good

I bought this last yr it been good for what I've needed only thing us the factory battery is junk didn't even make it a yr and it was bad emailed fireman about it and got crickets this is my opinion but I feel like the first oil change should be done sooner then what they recommend

Dissatisfied

This product used a lot of oil every day. There was not a puddle or even a drip of oil under the unit. It is very loud. The battery is working but has corrosion under it. The generator was run for 12 days. It also did not connect to the 30 Amp cord for my camper. I am very dissatisfied with this product and would not purchase another one.

The engine blew

We used this generator for two storms. The first one was for three days it was fine. We are on the fifth day of power outage and the engine blew to pieces. Call Lowe’s they couldn’t help told us to call the manufacturer . Called the manufacturer we had to send them pictures. He said that the engine should’ve never done that that we have to go through a process of taking it to a shop so they can replace the engine and that’s going to take About 10 days. Don’t listen to the people who say this machine doesn’t work chances are they didn’t read the manual this machine has a low oil cutoff and doesn’t come with oil in the machine you have to add it ran my whole house without issue or bogging!

Great Product, easy start.

Simple to put together and get running. Directions were straight forward and easy. 10 minutes after unboxing I was using it with Propane. Very smooth running.

Never again

I will never shop or by anything.From lowes ever again got this Generator on 4/8/26 I even bought the extended warranty.Have done everything.The manufacturer has told me to the point where they told me to call lowes and Explain to them about the piece of equipment and that all I'm asking is for an exchange and Lowes only gives u 48 hours to return or exchange something And that isn't even enough time , really for something to start happening to it like what is going on with it , and when I talk ...

Works perfectly

Getting a tent for it, they should really have one suggested on the box... *hint-hint* to Firman marketing... So expect ~$215 for that necessary add on, other than that, love it, solid purchase, jump on any sale.

Good generator package.

Bought this generator after a storm took out the power. Worked great keeping our refrigerator and freezer going during the power outage. Great package with cord, cover and propane hose for flexible fuel options. Only issue so far is the plastic oil dipstick is difficult screw back in.
