The sticks
I was a little disappointed in the quality of the sticks. Both ends of the sticks were green in color. Not sure if that's normal but I'm a little apprehensive about eating the green. The remaining middle part seemed fine and were tasty.

They are a great meat stick that isn't full of grease. The taste is awesome. I've tried the Jalapeno and the pepperoni. Both were great. I've passed a few out to friends and they agree with the quality.

Far too salty and bad after taste
The taste of salt in this stick is overwhelming. All flavors also leave a really artificial aftertaste; it must be the preservative. I tried them; now going back to paleo valley sticks with no odd preservatives.

A little too acidic and dry for me.
The honey bbq however is delicious and soft and juicy and gets 5 stars. The original is okay but really dry. The Teriyaki 3oz I get from my local convenience store is absolutely amazing and gets 7 stars out of 5. That's what turned me on to the Fattys from Sweetwood. I don't have time for breakfast before I go to work but the 3oz teriyaki pick me up and take me through lunch.
