Ratings & Reviews for Fas-n-Tite 1-3/4-in 12 -Gauge Electro-Galvanized Plastic Cap Nails 168 -Per Box

What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise these cap nails for securing house wraps, foam insulation, and tarps in weather-exposed applications. The wide plastic heads distribute pressure evenly, preventing material tearing and creating watertight seals. Most find them easy to drive and appreciate the integrated cap design that eliminates separate washers. Many highlight their effectiveness in windy conditions and roof tarping. However, some report the nail shafts bend easily when struck off-center or driven into softer woods like pine, with a few suggesting pre-drilling or shorter lengths. Despite this durability concern, most customers consider them highly effective for their intended purpose.
