Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw is absolutely awesome! If you do any kind of metal work this is so worth the money. You don’t even have to have your hand on the material you’re cutting. The clamp system holds so well. This saw has saved me so much time. And the cuts…better than anything I’ve ever used. Cutting angles are so easy. It was one of the most expensive tool I’ve purchase but at the end of the day it was worth every penny.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago. I had a project where I had to make a large number of cuts of 2 7/8" and 3 1/2" oil well pipe. I couldn't be happier with the results (a friend of mine also bought one after seeing mine). The ability to set angles on the saw and not by moving the material is so handy. So far I could not be happier with this saw. The fit and finish on both the saw and the stand is excellent.

Great saw. Minor issues when mounting to table.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was our first purchase with Evolution Tools. Overall the saw cuts great! All the features were true as advertised in my first month of having it. Only issue is the shortest screws that came with my purchase used to mount the saw to the hydraulic lift-assist table were still too long when applied to the front two corners. They interfered with the blue knob in the same area.

The ease and speed of finding and cutting accurate angles is unprecedented for anything else I've used to-date. What would take me about 1/2 hour of measuring, marking, and cutting balusters for handrails now takes me about 5 minuets! The rolling stand makes job site work a breeze too for setting up, cutting, and rolling out. I want to buy more to keep one in the trailer and one in the shop.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this around a month ago, mainly for the speed on cutting 45* angles compared to the bandsaw. So far it has cut true and is defintely quicker. Very pricey , but I have enjoyed using it thus far. A lot of 1/4” wall tubing , It comes with a nice clamp set up, but I am unable to find more to buy that will fit it. The shadow line of the blade is nice for cutting your mark, Only downfall is the amount of shavings it produces.

Top notch saw to get all your metal work done
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned one of these saws in the past, but it wasn’t the miter version. It was the original. Hands-down, the best small shop saw you could use for introduction to metal working. It’s smooth. It’s extremely accurate and it’s robustly built.

Bought to take on a Smoker project and needed to cut accurate 45 degree corner. This did not disappoint. A more accurate fit up ment less moving and warping when welding.

Ready to weld edges
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic saw! It cut through 3/8 plate like butter. So far cutting plate steel for welding coupons. They were cut with a torch and were jagged, squared them up and had clean ready to weld edges. I bought the stand to make this a portable saw for welding projects.

Unparalleled ease of cuts through steel

The ease at which this slices through steel is not in the same playing field as my DeWalt. I was skeptical but WOW
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievable is all I can say. I was skeptical on how well this cuts but after reading reviews I thought, lets give it a shot. Miter cuts are perfect, not grinding, ready to weld! We will see how many cuts it really does as it says 3000+ but I am skeptical. So far I have done about 100 cuts and it still performs perfectly. Awesome saw and stand. Sturdy and easy to move around. TOTALLY RECOMEND!
