Easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was gifted so I could share my thoughts. I had my youngest son switch out the filter for the refrigerator that I have out in my garage. He did went out and not buy 5 minutes later he was back inside. He said it was easy to set up. So far so good. Water quality is good with clean crisp flavor. No issues. Ice seems fine. All around if this filter is aligned with your refrigerator, I recommend.

Hooray! Whirlpool is having a sale on water filters. Unfortunately the one my refrigerator needs (new) is not on sale.Their price is the same as where I bought the refrigerator. I have not had the output tested to find out if a large external filter would replace this one at a lower cost.

The tube is plastic on the outside and comes in a white color. There is no odor or noticable change in color/quality of the water after installment.

Super easy to install
