Would Not RecommendWe have a Whirlpool refrigerator from about 2018, and one thing I've always hated is that the water filter drastically slows down after only a month of regular use. This wouldn't be a problem if it were easier to dismantle the spent filter and recycle the components. I could put the carbon into my compost, if it weren't impossible to remove without special tools.

I liked that the product was the exact size that I needed for my refrigerator, it was in stock and ready for purchase. I would have liked it to be available for shipping but it was easy to pick up when ordered online.
