Would Not RecommendBought the 28 oz hammer for its weight to drive nails into 70 year old oak framing. Been using a 20 oz fiberglass handle Vaughan hammer for 30 years on general construction and fencing but needed a little more weight and the Eswing was the only option. While it drives nails into the old oak it rings with a high pitch resonance as it passes your ear. Most annoying but fortunately I do not need to use it that often. Absolutely the best hammer available
