DONT REVERSE POLARITY
Would RecommendThe two prongs can reverse polarity if you do not check after installation. Threaded base for light bulb should be the neutral and center tab should be the hot . If you put adapter on wrong position it will make the threaded portion hot, and center tab neutral. Check with a multimeter after you install adapter.
