Would RecommendI used this glue in a 1:1 water mix to glue construction paper to a concrete floor in a basement. It took about 36 hours to dry completely under several fans, but that's to be expected when the material to which I'm adhering the soaked paper isn't exactly absorbent. I was pleased with the result and would use this again for this purpose.
