What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on this stacking kit. Most praise its functional performance, noting it securely holds washer and dryer units with simple installation and durable metal clips. However, many express frustration with the adhesive tape design, describing it as flimsy and prone to misalignment. A significant portion report receiving incomplete or damaged kits with missing hardware, requiring multiple replacement attempts. While functional success is common, structural reliability concerns and inconsistent product quality create hesitation among reviewers.

Would RecommendIf you are not sold this piece when you buy the STACKABLE washer and dryer then it cannot be installed. If this piece is delivered 4 days later than promised, then another installation is cancelled. Now after more installations have been set up for times when they were told no one can be there, Lowes is refusing to install because it has been too long.

Great, but FYI - is NOT White!
Would RecommendThis item description identifies it as white - but it is not white. The visible metal piece at the front of the washer/dryer stack is a dark brown color, which was great for my set, which was NOT a white set.

When installed correctly it seems to be great.
Would RecommendThe team that delivered it put it on wrong and the team sent to fix it had parts left over.

Lowe's does not deliver
Would Not RecommendWriting this because Lowe's technicians were unable to install with my purchase. Utterly disappointed and have to go elsewhere to even try and use this item. Had to go pick up the item from the store because it would not have arrived when the appliance delivery was set to arrive. Due to some unpublished rules, Lowe's was unable to install and I am incapable of physically lifting the dryer to try this. Extremely disappointed with Lowe's overall.
