What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on this stacking kit. Most praise its functional performance, noting it securely holds washer and dryer units with simple installation and durable metal clips. However, many express frustration with the adhesive tape design, describing it as flimsy and prone to misalignment. A significant portion report receiving incomplete or damaged kits with missing hardware, requiring multiple replacement attempts. While functional success is common, structural reliability concerns and inconsistent product quality create hesitation among reviewers.

Be sure to get the kit, when purchasing a stack on
Would RecommendThis part is needed for installation of stack dryer to washer. The sale of said stack unit went smoothly. Although the Lowes Rep. must not have known that we needed the mounting brackets. Upon arrival of delivery guys, great individuals very professional and personable, they asked where the mounting kit was? I was like I don't know what you are talking about. So the installation dude showed me a picture of the kit on his phone. So really the snafu just delayed installation by one day, as I had...

Great washer/dryer!!
Would RecommendWe bought an Electrolux washer and dryer and we needed this stacking kit too. The price was the best around and the free delivery and haul away was what sold us! We ordered on a Friday-received it on a Sunday and all is well and working perfectly!

missing half the items
Would Not RecommendPurchased this along with the associated stackable units. The delivery shows up and they started stacking the units in our laundry room. They open the stacking kit and tell me that half of it is missing. They could only attach the back brackets. I needed them to assemble everything so I opted to just have the back brackets put in place but this is rather frustrating.

Terrible Customer Service
Would Not RecommendWould give zero stars if I could. I received an empty box for my order of this part and Lowe’s only answer is to dispute it with my credit card which happens to be their card. Good customer service would reship the part. It’s not like I’m lying. Who needs two washer-dryer stacking kits?
