Horrible Customer Service

My machine stopped working after a little over a year, waiting a few days for the technician to come. The part is back ordered for weeks and the washer machine doesnt turn on. I called Electrolux to see if I could get a replacement and they told me, you read the contract before you purchased the product. There is nothing we can do! Worst experience ever! So they are banking the machine stops in a year to remind you to read the contract before purchasing. Wow!!! DO NOT PURCHASE even with extended...

Minor glitch

Can’t seem to get a cold water wash. Whether i choose hot or cold the wash comes out steaming hot. Electrolux sent a technician who said it was a two person job and he would reschedule wgen he could bring another another person to help. The manual doesn’t clearly explain what all the settings mean

The washer started off great. A little more than one year the machine was turning off mid cycle. Now the washer won't power on at all. I'm hoping i don't get all the issues others have with the repair team. This is extremely inconvenient!

I purchased this and the matching dryer a year ago. I am so impressed with this washer. It does a fantastic job! It is also large enough to wash my king-sized comforter with no issues. I love it!

1 year and done - Twice! - Buyer Beware

Second one of these we have had. Same issue for both! Lasted just 14 months before the shock absorbers failed. Just past the 12 month warranty…. We have been waiting a month for the parts to come in as part of the replacement/fix plan. Finally after being notified parts keep getting delayed are cancelling the repair, eating the repair visit and have to go purchase a new washer. Buyer beware on both the washer and any warranty or repair plan!

Quality product

Our previous Frigidaire/Electrolux washer lasted 23 years, and our Electrolux dryer still worked fine. So I decided to stay with a trusted company and bought the washer-dryer combo. Very happy with the size of both. It has plenty of room for a queen-size heavy comforter and would be fine for a king-size. Love the moisture detection and the 18-minute quick wash and 18-minute quick dry. Haven't figured out the steam function, but it's definitely a function I wanted. Waiting for a $40 refund from C...

Great Machine

The machine is easy to use and does a great job at cleaning clothes, towels, sheets, and more. Very pleased with the variety of settings on the machine. It runs smoothly and quietly. Happy with my decision to purchase this washer.

Nice washer

I like the different options and that the size can accommodate some fairly large loads. It is more efficient than my last washer. This is my first front-loader so I'm getting used to that. But so far, so good.

Efficient and Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washing machine was from another competitor brand that gave us an unpleasant experience when operating on the Rinse Cycle. However, our new Electrolux front loading washing machine is very quiet and efficient. We also like the choice of wash modes as well as the configuration of the detergent drawer. Electrolux engineering went above and beyond designing this product.

Worse waste of money

Don’t be fooled by reviews had horrible experience with this set, got it in May 2026 is dryer is been serviced twice and problem with drum still persist, washer died on small laundry’s reset it but it keeps failing Specially on regular loads Worse Electrolux won’t replace it only serviced Don’t waste your money to a of frustrated wand waste of time

quiet and easy to use

love that it's pretty much touch buttons and not actual buttons. love that you can change the door. quiet and everything is conveniently placed.

Tremendous improvement
