DO NOT PURCHASE!!! The first time we used the machine it flooded our house. Lowe’s tech told us we needed to contact the manufacture. We have now been waiting since July 27 to have their tech “take a look”. The Lowe’s rep stated leaking from the bottom has been an issue. Terrible customer service all the way around!

Perfect washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned Frigadaire Washer and dryer from 2007 to 2026. The washer still worked perfect, but the dryer started to go out and we decided to purchase both new. I was so relieved to hear Electrolux was Frigadaire. Here's to 19 more years :)

Easy to use product, doing its job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased along with the matching dryer, does a great job of cleaning the clothes. Steam sanitize leaves the sheets fresh. No problems with balled up laundry, spin cycle effective in removing a lot of extra moisture, shortening drying times.

Blue is Best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new washer for a week now. When it was delivered, I had a 10 day camp out worth of laundry to do so it got put to the test quickly. I love the way it washes. It seems to be gentle in my clothes, but yet thoroughly cleans everything. Best of all I love the way. It looks in my garage. The blue is a great change over the Standard white.

Loving my Electrolux

This is the 3d washer Lowe’s brought to the house. The first one shook so hard on the final spin it was almost as bad as my broken washer. The second one never got brought into the house because the tub had a huge hole in it. The 3d one is better. BUT. Don’t do it!
The machine delivered did not work properly from day 1, would wash, but not complete a rinse/drain/spin and required hand rinsing and putting clothes into dryer soaking wet. Lowes advised contacting a plumber to check the line. Did that, waited for plumber a week later, shelled out more money, still no.
