Ratings & Reviews for Electrolux LuxCare Wash and Steam Refresh Compact High Efficiency Stackable Medium ( 2.4-cu ft ) Front Load Washer ( White )

LOVE this little machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced a samsung 4.6 cu. ft. and was skeptical about such a small machine. All my loads fit perfectly, and it washes very well. It is super quiet, which was a selling point for me. The high spin cycle leaves everything almost dry. Have had it less than a month, and I actually look forward to doing laundry with it.

Great compact product for price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great compact washer (and dryer combo) for apartments and homes that dont have large laundry spaces. The stacking of washer dryer makes it easy to hold them together. Washer's multiple functions allow you to tailor wash to the fabrics you are using.

Front Load Washer

Compact Front Load Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks in and all is well. We are still getting used to the different settings, and like that it is very quiet when running. More important, clothes come out clean. The machine is sensitive to the amount of HE detergent that is used, so we are careful when measuring. The end-of-cycle chime is nice, but I wish we could make it louder. The machine fits nicely under the kitchen counter.

Excellent choice for small spaces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does an excellent job cleaning a variety of items, clothes, bedding, towels. Its gentle on clothing. I hang dry some clothing, and they dry fast because the washer spins so well. This us my second Electrolux purchase over the years and I love the brand.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES AT LOWE'S!!!

Washing machine was delivered with shipping brackets still attached on the back of the machine to hold the drum in place during shipping. Lowe's delivery people neglected to take these off when installing the washer, which caused violent shaking and moving of the washer. After 2 attempts by Lowe's to level the machine this only became worse and I now have two holes in my wall from the machine throwing itself around with such force. Call to store manager was not returned and it wasn't until I a...

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I took off from work 4x. First, Lowes delivery didn't even show up. I had to call to find out that they cannot deliver. Second, they deliver the dryer, no washer. They made me wait the whole day too. They also didn't call about the cancellation. I had to reach out to them. Third, the washer arrived damaged. They wanted to give me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience. What the heck! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Small but reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't want to write this review until I'd used the washing machine for a few months, but now it's been more than 2 years! A good test period, yes? I LOVE this washing machine! My husband installed it in our rv (not the recommended use, I'm sure) and I've used it steadily since then with no issues. It holds a little less than a regular size load but still fits a full size sheet set, including two pillowcases. I use it probably 5 days a w...

Second time I bought this washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this model washer. It is efficient, quiet, has lots of options, and gets clothes clean. My only complaint is that the previous version of the same model died after only 6 years.

Working well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new washer. Doesn't use much water or soap. Easy to clean.

Mighty Little Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is perfectly sized for a 2 to 4 person household and will fit a standard sized (square) laundry basket full of clothing per wash. My laundry room is small and a combination hallway to my garage, so I chose compact laundry units in order to create a mudroom space. On top of this washing machine I stacked the matching dryer by using the pull out shelf/stacking kit. With these compact units I have gained a lot of space in my ...

Love this powerful compact washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a small cottage home and we're in the market for a compact under the counter washing machine. We wanted something that could tackle a load of clothes as well as a few small items when needed. The washing machine is quiet, powerful, and gets the job done with minimal waste and excellent results. Results. When you pull the clothes out of the wash tub, they are already at the damp stage and dry quite quickly. I'm really happy with this fin...

Very impressed

This washer exceeded my expectations for compactness, extreme quiet operation and clean clothes

So far so good! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my washer about a little over a week now, and I've done several loads of clothes. I am VERY pleased with this machine! Easy to use with a great number of cycle options. The clothes are coming out great! It is relatively quiet, especially during the spin cycle and that is VERY important for me living on a 3rd floor of a condo unit! My ONLY complaint is that the sound notification that the laundry is done is VERY faint..and it's...

LG is much better brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Interesting that my first review disappeared and am wondering if the "4.5" star rating Electrolux gives itself is based on all reviews or just the ones showing. This washing machine is the least durable machine I've ever owned; washer no longer fills properly (and yes my water pressure is fine, no kinks in hose, etc-- this is a washer issue) after less than 2 years and one of those years it was in warehouse storage. Very light use. Also, i...
