How do you not have pedestals for your compact washer and dryers? Now we need to find another brand.

Bad smell and moldy rubber gasket that won't clean

The bad smell is awful and I can't find anyone calling Electrolux to help me. I wipe dry after every wash, Tried cleaning that little drawer at the bottom and I use the washer cleaner all the time. HELPPP HELP please

I'd give negative 100 stars if I could

Who knows how this works? If not all the needed pieces are sold so it can't be installed, who knows? If the missing piece is ordered but delivered after several days after it was guaranteed so another install has to be canceled, who knows? If dates someone is available ro be there for the installation but other times are assigned, who knows? If Lowes refuses to install because it is passed 30 days despite much effort by the buyer, who knows? It doesn't work very well siiting in the box.

Works great, except....

This washer really works well. The digital panel gives you plenty of options and is easy to use. I would give it 5 stars for washing, but I had to take a star off for noise. When it goes into a spin, it sounds like an airplane engine. And because it is in my kitchen, the noise is unfortunately very annoying. Very nice washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically, we had a 40-year-old Kenmore (Whirlpool) It came with the house. It worked amazingly well (I mean 40 years Afterall). The new machine is extremely quiet. To the point of looking in the laundry room to make sure its working. Only spin cycle generates some sound. Beware Mold! Known issue. Research before buying

This washer has been a huge disappointment. We’ve owned it a little over a year and have made three warranty claims. A part that regulates hot/cold water broke twice, the soap drawer cover broke almost immediately, and we cannot wash partial loads or blankets most of the time because the washer gets out of balance and stops mid cycle. However, the biggest issue is the mold buildup in the gasket. Do your research! This is a huge issue encountered by many customers. Electrolux settled class action...

Love my new washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is that I haven't tried many of the washing options. For example I'm not sure how to use the steam setting. It is very quiet and I think it gets my clothes cleaner than my old washer. If you're looking for a compact washer I would definitely give the Electrolux a try. It gets good reviews.

Delivered Damaged cancelled not bothered replacing

Ordered this Electrolux washer (and dryer - as a set) from Lowe’s. Both were delivered, but the washer arrived badly damaged. The delivery team took the washer back and said it would be replaced. Instead, Lowe’s cancelled the washer order and issued a return without my consent (asking me to get involved/call in their distribution process!). Electrolux front load washer outstanding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does everything right. Great cleaning efficiency, gentle on cloths . Does not twist the cloths and stretch sweaters. Machine stays in balance l don't have to rebalance during wash. Sound is quite and spin speed is great, it has cut my drying time in half. I am thrilled with the performance of this machine and highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Electrolux washer to replace the old Asko washer, which lasted 25 years from Gerhard's Appliances. The purchase experience was excellent, I've compared between LG, GE & Electrolux. And Electrolux was my final choice. The washer works really well,, It actually takes nearly half of time to finish one load compare with the old one, & the cleaning are excellent, and it's not even the most expensive one.

It is super quiet, which was a selling point for me. The high spin cycle leaves everything almost dry. Have had it less than a month, and I actually look forward to doing laundry with it.

Great compact product for price

The stacking of washer dryer makes it easy to hold them together. Washer's multiple functions allow you to tailor wash to the fabrics you are using.
