Great Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice upgrade from my LG washer. It does everything we need it to do and having the pod compartment is really nice. It's generally quiet and does a great job with normal, towels and delicate modes.

Started Off Bad But Fine Now
Would RecommendInitially after set up it rocked and rolled like it was going to destroy itself. After a few cycles it settled down. It’s completely fine now. Not sure why this happened.

I've had the washer/dryer pair for about a week now and am seriously disappointed. While it seems to clean a normal load of clothes just fine, it obviously cannot handle comforters even though the product features clearly state that it "easily cleans a king-sized comforter", which is a complete a total lie. Buyer Beware
Would Not RecommendBeware!! This washer’s use and care guide states to use tide pods. Tide pods instructions say to use 1-3 pods depending on load size. With normal or large loads I can only use 1 pod!! With small loads I use less than 1/2 a teaspoon of unscented clear liquid detergent. I do not use any fabric softener! I have to run an extra rinse with EACH LOAD, and for large loads, I have to run a separate rinse spin cycle at least once!! I’m wasting time and water! I’ve been available 5 times for repair only ...

Bearings went out before 3 years
I purchased this front load washer after owning a whirlpool for 10+ years. I loved the look of it but I should’ve stayed with a whirlpool. The dispenser drawer had to be replaced after 5 months because it leaked water. After 2 1/2 years it started to sound like a jet was taking off in my laundry room during the spin cycle.
